Materials Used
Dentists use medical-grade, biocompatible metals that resist corrosion and cause no allergic reactions:

How It Is Made
- Impression: The dentist takes a digital scan or a physical mold of your mouth.
- Wax Pattern: A lab technician creates a detailed wax replica of the metal frame.
- Molding: The wax is encased in a plaster-like material to create a mold cavity.
- Casting: The wax is melted away, and molten metal is poured into the empty space.
- Finishing: The metal is cooled, polished, and tested for a perfect fit before adding the teeth
