A full arch denture restoration is a treatment that replaces an entire row of missing teeth (a full dental arch) using a denture-style prosthesis. That means all the teeth on the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both are restored together rather than one tooth at a time.
It’s essentially a type of full arch restoration where the replacement teeth are designed as a denture.
There are two main categories:
Traditional full dentures
- Rest directly on the gums
- Removable
- No implants required

- May move or slip while eating or speaking
Implant-supported full arch dentures
These are more modern and stable.
Common versions include:
- Snap-in dentures — removable dentures that attach to implants
